Under the Data Protection Act 1998 Adventure Paws  has a legal duty to protect any personal information it collects from you.This privacy policy explains how Adventure Paws uses the information it collects about you and procedures that Adventure Paws has in place to safeguard your privacy. Adventure Paws does not capture and store any personal information about an individual who accesses this website, except where they voluntarily chooses to give Adventure Paws personal information via email, or by using a form on the website, or by enquiring about any of Adventure paws services. In these circumstances, any personal information supplied will only be used to provide the requested information or service unless wider purposes are specified in the form on which the information is supplied or at the point of collection on the website, in which case the information may be used for any of those wider purposes.

 

Personal information is not disclosed to third parties unless this is indicated on the web page at the point of collecting the information or as required or allowed by law. Any information provide on the dog information form will be kept in a locked secure cabinet and no information will be shared with third parties. If you have said no on the dog information sheet to adventure paws taking photos or using photos of your pet to upload to social media or website no images will be uploaded to website or social media. However adventure paws loves to send updates of your pet and photos to yourself.

You have the right to know what information we store of you and are able to request a copy. Along with this, you have a right to request for us to alter or erase the personal data we hold for you, or to restrict our use of it.

c) Right to rectification

Should we hold information and personal data about you that is incorrect, you can at any time to notify us of this so that we can make the necessary amendments.

d) Right to erasure

With European legislation, you have a right to request for your personal data to be forgotten, and we have an obligation to comply without delay, where one of the following grounds applies and so long as the processing is not necessary:
